GO ANGELS!!!!!!

AMERICAN LEAGUE WEST CHAMPIONS!!!!! WHOOO HOOO!!!!!

But through this difficult season, one player has remained
first and foremost on the players minds . . . Nick Adenhart.

He pitched his major league debut on April 8th, 2009.
Seven scoreless innings against Oakland.

Only to be killed by a drunk driver,
along with two of his friends hours later.

They did it for you Nick!
Rest in Peace.

CONGRATULATIONS ANGELS!!!!!!!

I am so glad that the Angels won the AL west division. My son, Eric, loves the Angels, and my other son, Dave, loves the Yankees. This could get interesting.
That was such a sad story to hear about their pitcher getting killed.

Hi Karen,
Wasn't this a heartwrenching story. Congrats to the Angels, hubby watches the Brewers who sucked this year. We might get our first frost tonight and you know what's not far behind! Yikes! I want my summer back. Hugs, Cindy

That's such a tragedy...its always sad to see a young person lose their life at the hands of an irresponsible person. I'm so glad the Angels won...congratulations!This was a really nice post in their honor.

God bless,

Congrats - a bittersweet victory. So sad about a talent such as his being snuffed out by a drunk driver. When will people learn not to drink and drive!
