Doors, Another Trip and Two Giveaways!

I know. I just got back and it's crazy here again as I get ready to take off by myself to go visit a dear friend in Michigan. I've never been to Michigan, so it's going to be fun! And - IT'S SNOWING THERE!!! WHOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!  I hope they have some pretty awesome antique stores too, because I just paid an extra $50 to take along an extra suitcase that I hope to fill with treasures. :) (sshhhhhh . . . )

I want to remind everyone that the Thanksgiving "Doors of Welcome" is on November 15th. I just do not have the time to fuss with adding Mr. Linky, so tonight I will be adding everyone's names on the sidebar list again (why did I delete it - someone please konk me on the head!) If you see your name and ARE NOT PARTICIPATING - please EMAIL me at   kdecapite@gmail.com    and I will remove your name. If you would like to be added on - leave me a comment on this post and I will add your blog. I hope we have as wonderful of a turn out as we did for Halloween. That was a fun day!

NOTE!!!! While I am gone, I do not know if I will have internet. She lives in the country . . . I have no clue. So do not panic, I will be updating everything on the 13th for sure!

Ok, two great giveaways I must share!

is celebrating her one year blog birthday!
Look at the goodies she is giving away!
Oh my, oh my, oh my!

And Stefanie at Rose Petals and Rust in having one too!
Yummy PINK!!!! Right up my alley!! sigh.

Go visit these gals and sign up!!!

OK, a million and one things to do, plus I have to work today. I hope I get to check in with all of you while I am gone on my little trip. If not - I'll be thinking about you . . . sigh . . .  probably going through withdrawls . . . but I will be back in touch in little over a week.

Big hugs everyone!

Hi Karen:
I am laughing about the extra suitcase just in case you find some things to bring home. If that extra suitcase gets full, you can always ship things home via UPS (probably cheaper than the extra suitcase).
I hope you have the best time ever.
You will have "happy feet" with all this traveling.

I'm going to pray on my knees tonight that she has internet through the trees! haha
I didn't realize you lived such a busy life girl, I just can't keep up with you. Poor Lillian...all alone...by herself with no one to talk to...shame shame. Fed ex her here and I'll baby sit. I'll bring her back to you in April!

Have fun my dear and pack your winter coat( or get a cute new one when you get there) hehee! You will love Michigan if you can get to the UP, it's just fabulous! There are tons of moose up there, not many people, and miles and miles of gorgeous and rugged shoreline! Hey, we live in the boonies and have internet, high speed too, so maybe you'll get lucky! Hugs and have a safe and wonderful trip! Cindy

Hi Girl,
I am so glad to hear your having a good time! Hope you get to enjoy the countryside and see some neat things. Believe or not were supposed to get up to 70 degrees today! October was cold and yucky and so far November has been beautiful! Very unseasonably warm. Dan is raking and I'm doing projects and cleaning. Yes, back to reality. Missin you too! Enjoy the rest of your trip. Hugs, Cindy
