A tease for Sisters

Do you have one of these?

If you do - save it -
if you don't - find one.
Doesn't have to be fancy.
Doesn't have to be old.
Just needs to be a cigar box.

Then watch for my
Sept 2nd post . . . about
"Fall Findings" and a
Sorority Sister swap!
:)

Well it is
hot, hot, hot here in So Cal!

No complaints from me -
we have been so very Blessed
with a nice cool summer so far
that a few days of 105 is OK.

"Whatcha been doin' Karen?"
I wish this - my house could use it.
But no. Just working.

And by the time I get home,
I just want to veg out.
I guess this is what is referred to
as the lazy days of summer.
When it gets close to the end -
and we're ready to begin
fluffing for Fall.

That's what got me thinking about a swap.

Hope you like what I have in mind!

Have a great day! XOXOXO

When I was a kid, they had 'cigar' boxes for pencils etc. Haven't seen them around here since.

Sorry it's been so hot for you down south. We had ONE 101 degree day on Tuesday, then back to our fogginess & cool...just the way I like it!

Can't wait to hear what you have in store for us...have a wonderful day & stay cool, my friend!

That sounds really fun Karen!
I will be on the lookout for one.
We got really cool yesterday and last night it went down into the 40's! Oh that felt strange. Today it's warmed up nicely and this weekend is going to be quite warm.
But it reminded me how quickly it can change around these parts!
Autumn is not far behind.
We're off to the State Fair this weekend. I love fairs just like I'm a kid again!
Big Hugs,
Cindy

Just the mention of FALL makes me giddy. The heat here in south GA has been unbearable most all summer...some days heat index up to 110 or more! I have never sweated until this year! I will NOT complain about being cold this winter...or so I say now:) Now where can I find me a cigar box...hmmm.

So Karen if we cant find one what is one to do? I spose I can buy something like that or a cheapy box of cigars...my boyfriend Eric's cousin just had a baby! LoL! PERFECT!

I really want to see what you have planned and can't wait for Sept2nd!

Here in Ohio the weather has actually been unbearable for weeks on end at least in the Cincinnati area. With the humidity and high heat it's been TERRIBLE!!! However, I can't complain about the weather today because this has been the first whole day Ive not had the A/C on and the windows open. Now that was a treat!

You take care {HUGS}
Smiles!

I'll have to hit my father in law up for one...Sounds like fun. I'm trying not to complain about our weather because we have had a mild one here but gosh darn it's been HOT! Don't you hate when it doesn't even cool down at night. Oh well, the best of SoCal is on it's way. Glad to have you back. Patty

This sounds like fun! Can't wait to hear more. I'll ask a cigar smoker in our family if he has an extra box to spare...I don't have one. I remember as a child using a cigar box for my pencils and crayons. I can recall the smell...memories visiting me this morning.

You are so creative. Thank you!

Have a great Friday sister & stay cool with some iced tea!
