Fallen petals

After coming home from our trip and unpacking the coach - I brought in the roses I had taken with us and set them on the kitchen counter. I don't buy myself flowers very often, and I have decided it is time to change that. :) (Thank you Liz!)
The next morning when I came downstairs to make the morning coffee - some of the petals had fallen off.
I like the way it looks with the petals gently sprinkled where they landed.
Hence the name of this post.
Fallen Petals.
Have a great week everyone.

I tell myself to stay away from the flower aisle, but I seem to gravitate toward it! It's nice to treat yourself once in awhile.

These are beautiful, Karen!

I fully believe we owe it to ourselves to have flowers in our houses. I don't care if they are gorgeous bouquets that someone else sends me (not often) or the $5 bunch I pick up at Walmart (they last longer). Flowers make me happy and yours are beautiful!
